A nearly new Cybertruck purchased for $59,000 just flipped for $81,000 on Carvana with only 108 miles on the odometer. This single transaction captures the current state of Cybertruck demand resale prices and shows how strong buyer interest remains.
Carvana's sale isn't an outlier. The vehicle was essentially brand new, yet it commanded a $22,000 premium. That kind of markup confirms the Cybertruck high demand 2026 trend is already building as commercial and fleet buyers eye deliveries before year-end.
For current owners, the message is clear: if you took delivery of a Foundation Series or base model at the original $59k price, the market is paying attention. Many are choosing to hold rather than sell, but the data shows real liquidity if you decide to move.
What This Means for New Buyers
The gap between order and delivery continues to create opportunities for those willing to pay above MSRP today. At the same time, the situation highlights why some owners are comparing the 59k Cybertruck vs 100k Cybertruck differences before pulling the trigger.
