Hey everyone, DennisCW here! I’m thrilled to share my latest experience with you all. The highly anticipated new Tesla Model S and Model X have finally arrived in showrooms, and I had the chance to see them in person today! In this post, I’ll be giving you my first impressions of these stunning vehicles, along with some exciting updates from the Electrify Expo in San Pedro, California. Let’s dive right in!
I couldn’t wait to get a closer look at the refreshed Model S and Model X, and they did not disappoint. A silver Model S has been spotted in a showroom (exact location TBD), and it’s already turning heads. Meanwhile, at the Electrify Expo in Southern California, Tesla showcased not only the new Model S and Model X but also other incredible vehicles like the Model Y, Model 3, and even the Tesla Optimus robot. Oh, and there was a pink Cybertruck on display—talk about a showstopper!
One of the highlights for me was seeing the new Model X in Frost Blue Metallic. I have to say, the color looks way better in person than in photos. Interestingly, Tesla calls it "metallic," but to me, it appears more flat than shiny. Either way, it’s absolutely gorgeous. This particular Model X was a Plaid version, evident by the red brake calipers, and it featured a stunning white interior with a six-seater configuration. It also sported the new wheels, which add a sleek, modern touch to the design. I’m planning to head back on Sunday to check out the interior in more detail, so stay tuned for that!
Alongside the Model X, I got a look at the Model S Long Range. One of the first things I noticed was the grille—it’s filled in, similar to the Plaid version, but in black instead of carbon fiber. It’s a subtle change, but it gives the car a more cohesive, polished look. Both the Model S and Model X come with new wheels, and there are plenty of other small design tweaks that make these refreshes feel fresh and exciting. If you want a more detailed walkaround, be sure to check out the videos on my YouTube channel!
