Hey everyone, DennisCW here! If you're a fan of Tesla or just keeping an eye on the EV market, you've probably heard the buzz about Cybertruck prices. Recently, I came across some eye-popping listings that had me questioning: Is the Cybertruck market actually crashing? In this post, I'll break down the details from my latest video, including some surprisingly low used prices, auction trends, and whether now's the time to snag one. Let's dive in!
I received a tip in my DMs (shoutout to whoever sent it—thanks!) about a 2024 Tesla Cybertruck popping up for just $56
One standout was a used Cybertruck listed at $56,999. At first glance, that seems like a steal, right? But peeling back the layers, it turns out this one is a salvaged vehicle. That explains the bargain price—salvage titles often mean significant past damage, which can affect resale value and insurance.
Then there's a Cyberbeast model going for $68,000 with only 6,554 miles. This is the lowest I've seen for a Cyberbeast! However, it has an accident history, which might scare off some buyers. Community sleuths on social media dug into the backstories, and it's fascinating how quickly details emerge online. These aren't pristine trucks, but they're raising eyebrows in the used market.
To get a broader picture, I checked out recent auction data. For the all-wheel-drive 2024 models, they're still fetching around $70,000. Switching to Cyberbeast auctions, values are hovering in the $80,000 to $85,000 range.
Surprisingly, these prices are holding strong—especially for Foundation Series and other configurations. I expected a bigger drop by now, but it seems like the initial hype has stabilized into a solid floor. Have prices already "crashed" to this level, or is this just the new normal? It's intriguing to watch, and it suggests the market isn't in freefall just yet.
