Hey everyone, DennisCW here! If you're a Bank of America employee eyeing a new Tesla, I've got some exciting news that could save you some serious cash. In my latest video, I dove into a brand-new $500 discount program specifically for Bank of America associates. Today, I'm breaking it down in this blog post with all the proof, details, and tips you need. Let's get into it!
First things first: this isn't just for anyone with a Bank of America account—it's exclusively for Bank of America employees (associates). I know, I wish it was broader too, but that's the deal. In the video, I mentioned this perk, but now I've got actual proof thanks to a shoutout from viewer Verun (or Veron—thanks for the tip!).
I pulled up the live Tesla website, and sure enough, there's a dedicated page for Bank of America Associates. The process is straightforward: you submit your information first, and then either Bank of America or Tesla will reach out to verify and apply the discount when you place your order. It's an extra $500 off, which is nothing to sneeze at!
Before you get too excited, there are a few caveats:
That said, it does seem to stack with loyalty perks, like free Supercharging or Full Self-Driving trials if you're a returning Tesla owner. However, you might not be able to combine it with a standard Tesla referral code (like the one I always link in my video descriptions for up to $1,000 off). It's a bit of a trade-off, so weigh your options if you're planning to use a referral.
This isn't the first employee discount we've seen for Teslas. For instance, AMD (yep, I meant AMD, not Nvidia—my bad in the video!) had a similar program that ended on September 30th. But who knows? It might have been extended, or your own employer could have something similar. My advice: Always check with your HR department. You never know what hidden perks are out there for Tesla buyers.
If you're about to pull the trigger on a Tesla, remember that it doesn't come with everything you might need. One of my top recommendations is a solid phone mount from Jowua. If you're like me and rely on Full Self-Driving, having your phone securely mounted is a game-changer. Jowua offers high-quality mounts, center console organizers, and more—perfect for enhancing your Tesla experience.
Check out Jowua in the links below (or in my video description) and use my discount code to save some money while supporting the channel. It's a win-win!
This Bank of America discount is a cool perk for eligible employees, even with the limitations. If it applies to you, it could make your Tesla purchase that much sweeter. What do you think? Are you a BofA associate planning to snag this deal? Have you found other employee discounts? Drop your thoughts in the comments below—I love hearing from you!
