Hey everyone, DennisCW here! If you're a Tesla enthusiast like me, you've probably been keeping an eye on Tesla's website for any exciting updates. Today, we're diving into the recent refresh of their incentives page on Tesla.com. Spoiler alert: there's not much groundbreaking news, but it's still worth a look—especially if you're in the market for a new Tesla. I'll break it all down, highlight the key offers, and share some thoughts on what's worth your attention. Plus, a quick shoutout to Ryan Torres for spotting this update!
Tesla has smartly consolidated all their limited-time offers into one easy-to-navigate page: tesla.com/team/current-offers. (Note: The actual URL might be a typo in my notes—it's likely meant to be something like tesla.com/current-offers, but check the site for the latest.) This page was last updated today, making it a great one-stop shop instead of digging through individual model pages. If you've missed any deals, now's the time to review them.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed since yesterday. The big news? The free red, white, and blue paint options are ending in just two days—act fast if that's on your wishlist!
Before we jump in, a quick reminder: If you're ordering a Tesla, use a referral code like mine (linked in the description below) to snag three months of Full Self-Driving (FSD) for free. It supports the channel and adds value to your purchase—win-win!
Let's go through the incentives one by one:
All vehicles come with a complimentary one-month trial of FSD. This is Tesla's push to let more people experience the tech firsthand—definitely worth trying if you're on the fence.
This is a standout deal: $1,000 off your next Tesla if you qualify. Verification is simple through ID.me—just ensure your ID.me email matches your Tesla account. It's available for military, veterans, first responders, and more. Easy savings!
You can transfer FSD from your current Tesla to a new one. I expect this to stick around through the end of the year—it's a solid perk for upgraders.
This is now prominently featured on the Model 3, Model Y, and Cybertruck pages (but not Model S or X, as they don't qualify for purchase—though leasing could make it work). Tesla should clarify the leasing option here. It's a huge incentive for eligible buyers.
Available on the Model Y and other models, but it's ending soon! The white and blue are free across the lineup, which is a nice touch.
This seems standard rather than a special offer, but it's included with new purchases.
Buy FSD with the Model 3 Performance, and you get a credit for Ultra Red paint. Personally, I'd opt for the free red, white, or blue instead—it just makes more sense value-wise.
Other notes: The Lyft incentive seems to have disappeared—curious if it's gone for good. Also, if you're eyeing a Cybertruck, you can get 0% financing with FSD, which is tempting. In my opinion, the Cybertruck and Model 3 Performance are the top picks right now.
If you're planning to purchase, I'm curious—what's your approach? Buying outright, leasing, or financing? Many folks are holding out for better rates like the rumored 1.99% offer, especially with the July 14th promo ending soon. Could July 15th bring something big? Let me know in the comments!
One pro tip before financing: Protect your credit! Recent breaches, like Bank of America's (where they waited a month to notify customers), highlight the risks. Companies often take up to 277 days to report issues, leaving your data vulnerable.
That's why I use Aura, today's sponsor. Aura scans the dark web for your info (social, bank details, etc.) and alerts you instantly. It also reduces spam calls, removes your data from broker sites, and includes $5 million in identity theft insurance—all in one app. Try it free for 14 days at aura.com/denniscw (link in description). Don't wait—protect yourself before applying for that Tesla loan!
While this update isn't revolutionary, it's a helpful consolidation of deals. If free paint or the tax credit appeals to you, don't delay. Stay tuned for more Tesla news—subscribe and hit the bell for updates. What are your thoughts on these incentives? Drop a comment below!
