Hey everyone, DennisCW here! I’m super excited to share today’s adventure with you because we’re picking up a Tesla Model 3 with an absolutely incredible deal. If you’ve been following the channel, you already know what I’m talking about. This beauty comes in at under $300 a month—specifically around $265 to $299 after the down payment. In this post, I’ll walk you through the delivery process, give you a peek at the inspection, and break down the details of this phenomenal lease deal. Let’s dive in!
I rolled up to a Tesla store I hadn’t visited before, and wow, it was buzzing with activity! There were tons of Model Ys lined up for delivery, alongside a handful of Model 3s. I spotted at least five or six vehicles ready to go in just one row. There was a mix of newer Model Ys, a legacy Model Y, and of course, several Model 3s—including the one we’re here for today. I even caught a glimpse of a Cybertruck parked in the corner. Talk about a cool sight!
Navigating the parking was a bit tricky since the delivery area was separate, but once I figured it out, it was time to head inside and get the process started.
If you’ve never been through a Tesla delivery before, let me break it down for you. It’s super straightforward. You head into the delivery area inside the store, sign a few documents, and then they hand you the keys. That’s it! No long waits or complicated steps. After signing, I went out to check out the vehicle—a sleek white Model 3 for my friend Peter.
There were still a few other cars being delivered at the same time: four Model 3s, a legacy Model Y, and a couple of new Model Ys (though two had already driven off). It’s always exciting to see so many Teslas ready to hit the road!
While waiting for the final handover, I took the opportunity to do a quick inspection of the Model 3. Over the years, I’ve been through countless Tesla deliveries, and I can confidently say that the Model 3s have been pretty bulletproof. Most of the time, they’re in pristine condition with no defects straight from the factory. However, it’s always a good idea to give the car a thorough once-over.
I started by checking the exterior. Everything looked clean at first glance—until I noticed a small issue. There was a dull spot on the trunk, almost like the gloss had been removed. It’s a minor blemish, but something we’ll need to document. Aside from that, the rest of the car was in great shape. I checked the seals on the sides, the front bumper, and the hood alignment—all good. I also inspected the rims for any curb rash, and thankfully, there was none.
One small detail I appreciated was that Tesla placed the J1772 adapter right on the dashboard. They used to tuck it away in the trunk or elsewhere, making it easy to miss. This little touch ensures you don’t drive off without it.
Now, let’s talk numbers because this deal is what makes this Model 3 so special. My friend Peter is leasing this brand-new Tesla Model 3 for just $265 a month after a $5,000 down payment at signing. This is a 24-month lease in California with a 10,000-mile-per-year allowance. Initially, I mentioned $299, but after double-checking, it’s actually $265 monthly. Either way, it’s an unbelievable price for a car of this caliber.
This lease is perfect for anyone who’s curious about owning a Tesla but isn’t ready for a long-term commitment. It’s an affordable way to experience the electric vehicle lifestyle without breaking the bank. In my opinion, this is one of the best deals out there right now for a Tesla.
Picking up this Tesla Model 3 was such a fun experience, and I’m thrilled to share it with you all. Despite the minor cosmetic issue on the trunk, the car is in fantastic condition, and the delivery process was as smooth as ever. Plus, with a lease deal this good, it’s hard to go wrong.
