Insane. But true: the roof glass on a Tesla Model Y is surprisingly pretty strong. A missile fragment landed directly on the roof, and the glass maintained the vehicle's structural integrity and the safety of the interior. If you're in a region dealing with this kind of conflict, stay safe – but this story is a testament to Tesla's engineering.
Take a look at this photo (imagine a cracked but intact glass roof with a jagged metal fragment embedded in it). The glass completely absorbed the impact from what appears to be a missile fragment. If you were inside the vehicle, sitting below that spot, it would be terrifying – but you'd be protected.
Captain Eli sums it up perfectly: "There's no safer car in the world from Tesla, both in terms of autonomous driving and physical engineering structure. In this case, a missile fragment landed on the glass roof of the Model Y, and the glass still maintained the vehicle's structural integrity and the safety of the interior."

Tesla chimed in, confirming that Tesla Glass can withstand 4x the weight of the car. After seeing this real-world test, I believe it. You could probably roll your Tesla and still be fine – that's how tough it is!
This doesn't mean we tempt fate, but it should give Tesla owners peace of mind about that panoramic glass roof.
