Hey everyone, DennisCW here! Welcome back to another exciting update on Tesla deals and more. In today’s post, we’re diving into some incredible discounts on the Tesla Model 3 Performance—up to $8,000 off! Tesla is clearly pushing hard to clear out inventory as we near the end of the second quarter. Plus, I’ve got a variety of other Tesla-related topics, tips, and partnerships to share with you. So, let’s jump right in!
If you’ve been eyeing a Tesla Model 3 Performance, now might be the perfect time to strike. Tesla has slashed prices by as much as $8,180 on select models. Just a few days ago, we talked about discounts of $5,700, but these new cuts are even more aggressive. And here’s the kicker—these discounts are before additional incentives like referral code discounts, 0% financing offers, military discounts (an extra $1,000 off), and more.
One standout deal I found is a demo vehicle with just 29 miles on the odometer. It’s listed with an $8,180 discount, comes in Quicksilver with a black interior, and even qualifies for 0% interest financing. Plus, if you use a referral code (like mine in the description below), you can snag 3 months of Full Self-Driving (FSD) for free—valued at $300. However, since it’s a demo vehicle with reported repairs totaling $4,662, I’d recommend inspecting it in person to ensure the repairs meet your standards. At this price, though, you’re essentially getting FSD for free, especially if you add it to qualify for the $7,500 federal tax credit.
If buying isn’t your thing, leasing this Model 3 Performance is a fantastic workaround for the federal tax credit. Imagine driving this beast for just $719/month on a 24-month lease with zero down. That’s an incredible deal for a high-performance EV like this. Whether you lease for a couple of years or buy outright, this discount makes it a steal.
I’ve compiled a full list of these discounted Model 3 Performances (ranging from $7,370 to $8,180 off) in my deal spreadsheet, which is pinned and linked below. Check it out to see if there’s one near you—though keep in mind these discounts are often location-based.
What do you think? Is this the deal of the year, or are you holding out for something better? Let me know in the comments!
It’s clear Tesla is trying to clear out 2024 Model 3 Performance inventory. With the 2025 Model 3 Performance already out and rumors of a potential Model Y Performance refresh on the horizon, Tesla doesn’t want stale inventory sitting around. This “clearance mode” is great news for buyers looking to score a deal before the newer models take over.
Once you’ve snagged your Tesla, you’ll quickly realize it comes with zero accessories—not even a phone mount! That’s where my partner Joah comes in. They offer a range of must-have Tesla accessories, including:
Joah also has cool extras like wireless game controllers, portable air compressors, and even electric scooters for zipping around from Superchargers. I personally use their products and can vouch for their quality. Use my promo code below to save money and get free shipping on orders over $120. In other Tesla news, it looks like Tesla might have dodged a bullet with new U.S. auto tariffs. According to recent reports, vehicles with 85% or more domestic content are exempt from these tariffs—and Tesla is the only automaker that qualifies. Models like the Model Y, Model Y Long Range, and Model 3 Performance meet this threshold, while others like the Cybertruck (82.5%) and Model S/X (80%) fall short.
This exemption could mean Tesla’s prices remain stable while other brands face increases due to tariffs. However, it might also reduce Tesla’s need to offer heavy discounts in the future. How do you think this will impact the EV market? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
If you’re in the market for a used Tesla or just want a health check on your current ride, my partner Amber has launched a fantastic new tool. You can now get a complimentary 150-point digital inspection for your Tesla remotely. It’s a great way to assess potential issues before buying used or to plan for long-term maintenance. Amber also offers month-to-month warranties for EVs, so you’re not locked into hefty upfront costs. Check out the link below for more details—it’s completely free!
